Day 16 - Snowcone

Title: Snowcone

Medium: Watercolor

Inspiration: Watercolor was the perfect medium to bring to life the watery blue consistency of a cone of ice. I also liked the idea of playing with pattern when designing the paper cone.

Can't wait to see what adorable snow creature awaits tomorrow?

Inspiration: This is one of the first illustrations I completed in my 'snowman' sketch book. I couldn't decide what the Snow Chef should be baking, but finally settled on some Christmas cupcakes with red and green sprinkles ;)
