It is now a little past the two week mark of eating 'meatless' and I'm still enjoying it! Here are some little highlights below:
|French Toast Roll Take a stale kaiser roll and |
dip it in an egg & milk mixture. Add a little vanilla and cinnamon,
then cook in a fry pan with butter!
|Brie & Pears with a Little Honey :)|
Amazing. And no carbs if you care about that stuff...!
