This past weekend I got to visit the Governors Island Art Fair, a place I have been wanting to visit for years now! After the fun and free ferry ride over, it was just a short walk to the large historical building where the fair is being held. Many of the artists were illustrators or had an illustrative style which I enjoyed very much. Lots of talent... and lots to look at! There was also a mini golf course and kids activities on the island which parents should look into before the end of this month. Truly a unique and special event for all!
