A Fabulous Bento Creation by Jade Kuei

I first came across bento boxes while teaching in Jersey City. During lunchtime, many of the children had these adorable looking containers filled with star shaped sushi, heart shaped vegetables and sandwiches with little faces.  I was so amazed!  How cool!  This Friday, a super cool mom and artist... Jade Kuei is offering a bento box she made this week for her awesome son.  Here it is!

Jade's son's vegan and mostly organic bento lunch box today includes:

Yakisoba - Japanese fried noodles sauteed with seaweed, parsley,
snowpea leaves, toyomansing, sesame oil & garlic

Boomerang & Ninja Stars fruit salad - apples, pineapple & strawberries

1 Sesame Goma Daifuku snack

1 Fortune Cookie

1 Endangered Species Chocolates Square

1 Silk Vanilla Soymilk

SO CUTE! Thank you Jade for sharing! ;)
