Inspiration: After growing up in Lancaster, PA, I have grown to fully appreciate the style of primitive or folk art drawings and paintings. This time of year, all the country gift stores are selling cute, simplistic snowmen with colors of white and maroon.

Inspiration: While working on this snowman illustration series, I was drinking a cup of coffee (of course ;)). I couldn't help but dip my brush into the mug and voila - here is the result! Coffee is a great, often overlooked, medium that just gets better as it dries.
